Our sober living program provides the environment, and resources, that you will need in your first year of recovery. Our program includes daily meetings, traditional and alternative therapies, and life skills courses that will help you to discover your true self. Our sober living program provides enough structure to keep you focused on sobriety, but enough freedom to encourage independence and self-confidence.

Step by step you can regain everything you once had and more with the support of our community around you. Our residents are encouraged to go back to school, re-enter the workforce, and pursue their passions as they apply the principles of their “Program” to life in mainstream society. Residents are also encouraged to take advantage of all that San Diego has to offer including our world-renowned beaches, resorts, snowboarding/skiing, camping, kayaking, snorkeling and hiking.

Sober Living / Outpatient Hybrid Program

For individuals that need more structure than our sober living home offers, we have the ability to add a customizable package of outpatient and aftercare services. These services include: Individual, Group and Family Counseling, case management, life coaching and monitoring services. We also have a full service assisted living option, which includes prepared meals and transportation services to doctor appointments and other necessary obligations.
